Tracking Your Progress

Follow-up visits with your health care professional can help you keep track of your progress. During these visits, bringing a progress tracker — a written record of the changes you've experienced while taking PRISTIQ — may help your health care professional follow your progress.

Use the following progress tracker as a tool to help you monitor your progress with PRISTIQ.

  • Download the PRISTIQ Progress Tracker.

  • Complete a new PRISTIQ Progress Tracker sheet at the end of each week for 8 weeks.
  • Take your PRISTIQ Progress Tracker sheets with you each time you visit your health care professional.

It is good to keep an open line of communication with your health care professional between visits, especially if you have concerns about symptoms, side effects, or your progress.

Important Safety Information for PRISTIQ

PRISTIQ® (desvenlafaxine) is approved for the treatment of major depressive disorder in adults.

Suicidality and Antidepressant Drugs

Antidepressants increased the risk compared to placebo of suicidal thinking and behavior (suicidality) in children, teens, and young adults. Depression and certain other psychiatric disorders are themselves associated with increases in the risk of suicide. Patients of all ages who are started on antidepressant therapy should be monitored appropriately and observed closely for clinical worsening, suicidality, or unusual changes in behavior. PRISTIQ is not approved for use in children under 18.
